I spent some time this fall drawing our garden going into a state of repose. Depending on the window of observation, it could be mistaken for a dying garden. I am hopeful that most of it will be back in the Spring of 2021. This is also a contemplation on events in the world: the pandemic, persistent racism, the horrific assault on nature and the threat to our democracy. Perhaps with a window of greater duration these events will turn around as well.
